So we ask where will your journey take you Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition 60Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards social media platforms and internal databases.Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability and contact potential candidates for initial screening.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Provide feedback on candidate qualifications.Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and other recruitment platforms.Maintain and update candidate and job posting databases.Assist with the preparation of on boarding paperwork for selected candidates.Provide administrative support including organizing and maintaining recruitment files and documents.Talent Engagement 40Lead in planning and organizing Monthly Take Care Calendar Lead Monthly Associate Engagement Initiatives such as Birthday Celebrations and Life Events Lead Monthly Take Care Champions Meeting Lead and administer the Talent Recognition Process for every Quarter Lead and organize the Talent Rally every Quarter Advertise all employee engagement activities in Just Report It (Marriott website) and other social media platforms.Provide general administrative support to the HR department including answering phone calls responding to emails and preparing HRrelated documents.marriotthotelinternship At Marriott International we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
