Service Advisors are the first point of contact for customers in the workshop, acting as the image builder for the Service Department and representing faith and confidence.What you will do Ask questions and record customer requests promptly.Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from customers for quick resolutions in the workshop.Empathize with and clarify customer requests.Check workshop status and promise delivery times.Verify invoices and work performed for accuracy.Inform customers upon work completion and coordinate pickup times.Explain the work done and invoice details clearly, guiding customers to the cashier.Promote value-added services.Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.Required skills to be successful Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.Technical knowledge to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.Excellent customer service skills; willing to go the extra mile.Strong English communication skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage.About the team The role reports to the Reception Manager and involves working in a busy workshop environment, interacting directly with the Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman, and Technicians daily.What equips you for the role Diploma or Degree in Technical School, or Certificate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.A broad knowledge base to serve as a reliable consultant is essential.About Al-Futtaim Automotive A major division of the UAE-based Al-Futtaim Group, Al-Futtaim Automotive is an industry leader present in 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
