Electrician Technician- PLC / EPC Production - Manufacturing Industry

Diploma in Electrical, Machine Tool Maintenance & Repair Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description We are looking for an experienced Electrician for our Polystyrene Manufacturing Industry (DIC - Dubai). The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to follow workplace instructions. Candidates should have 5-8 years of UAE experience in Polystyrene manufacturing. The candidate should work well within a team environment. Desired Candidate Profile Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including panels, motors, sensors, and PLC-controlled machines. Maintain and service equipment used in EPS production (e.g., pre-expanders, block moulding machines, cutting systems, and steam generators). Monitor and repair control circuits, relays, VFDs, contactors, timers, and PLCs. Conduct routine preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical components and document all work performed. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and control drawings to identify faults and perform repairs. Collaborate with mechanical maintenance and production teams to ensure efficient plant operations. Maintain compliance with all local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Respond to emergency breakdowns and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
