Purchasing Coordinator
Description
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop purchasing plans accordingly.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions for contracts and agreements.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels using appropriate software systems.Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or compliance with industry regulations.Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact procurement processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
