Financial Communications Senior Director In-House Financial Communications Senior Director Across M&A, IPO and Capital Markets Activity We are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Communications with deep expertise in transaction communications, capital markets storytelling, and investor-facing messaging. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic financial initiatives, partnering closely with C-suite leaders and the cross-functional teams in communications and marketing.Responsibilities: M&A, IPO and Disclosure Communications Develop and execute financial communications strategies for M&A, IPO readiness, quarterly results, and capital markets events.Manage the company’s financial communications calendar to align messaging with reporting and regulatory cycles.Create high-impact materials including press releases, investor decks, leadership speeches, Q&As, and capital markets updates.Provide strategic counsel to leadership during sensitive and high-value corporate activities.Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, investor relations, and external advisors.Monitor market sentiment, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform proactive positioning.Experience and Financial Communications Expertise Experience in financial communications, investor relations, capital markets advisory, or related fields.Proven track record of managing complex financial narratives in listed or IPO-ready businesses.Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, especially around financial data and corporate strategy.Strong understanding of capital markets, disclosure regulations, and media handling in high-stakes environments.Experience supporting leadership at the highest level in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Global outlook; experience in international markets and cross-border transactions is advantageous.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver the financial narrative of a business with regional influence and international ambitions.
