We also support Web3 startups and contribute to industry research and governance.Job Description We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer specializing in AWS, Kubernetes, and Dev Ops practices. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure to support our trading operations, ensuring high availability and performance.Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Ia C tools.Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters.Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing.Develop monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.Ensure security and compliance best practices.Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, etc.Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.Design disaster recovery and backup strategies.Background and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or Dev Ops roles.Interest or exposure to trading is a plus but not required.Competencies and Personality Expertise in AWS services.Hands-on Kubernetes experience.Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.Experience with Ia C tools like Terraform or Ansible.Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.Understanding of networking concepts.Experience with CI/CD and Git Ops.Experience with low-latency systems and serverless architectures.Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.Experience with crypto, finance, or trading is desirable but not essential.Our recruitment philosophy We value self-awareness and communication skills.
