Executive Secretary - Building Construction A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Executive Secretary with at least 5 years of experience working in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with senior management (GM, CEO, or equivalent) within the construction industry.Responsibilities: Provide the GM/CEO with high-level administrative support, managing daily schedules and correspondence.Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist in presentations.Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients.Draft, proofread, and manage official communications.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in the construction industry in the UAE.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and email drafting.Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.Prior experience with major projects from Nakheel and Emaar is a must.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
