Administrative Executive
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry in Dubai. As an Administrative Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Manage office facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and organized.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and organizing orientation sessions.Facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engage with clients and prospects effectively.Create and publish engaging content on various social media platforms, including Property Finder, Bayut, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and You Tube.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.Analyse social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive engagement.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative ideas to drive results.Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and ensure content adheres to company guidelines and standards.Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry in Dubai.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.UAE driving license preferred.Benefits: Annual Return Ticket Gratuity - As per the UAE Labor Laws.The Company shall provide medical insurance to employee as per the Company Policy.The Employee shall be allowed 30 days paid time off annually after 12 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
