The team had a vision of expanding their services to other countries, so they started on-boarding digital marketing experts, creative designers, innovative developers, and project managers worldwide, so the clients will always find someone who speaks their language.Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. If you are a proactive relationship builder with experience in the e Commerce sector, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with brands, suppliers, and other stakeholders that align with the company’s objectives.Develop and implement strategies to expand partnership opportunities that drive traffic, sales, and overall business growth.Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring their long-term success and mutual profitability.Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure that partnership deals are executed effectively.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.Prepare partnership agreements, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with terms.Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, recommending areas for improvement.Represent our company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.Qualifications: Proven 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the e Commerce or digital marketing industry.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.Two days-off (Friday and Saturday).Private medical insurance.How to Apply: Qualified candidates are welcome to apply through the Website or email hr@freezoner360.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
