If so, we're looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities As our E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online presence, digital marketing efforts, customer service, and social media channels. Your responsibilities will include: Marketplace Product Listings and Optimizations: - Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.- Optimize product listings for visibility and conversions, including keyword research and product descriptions.- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Customer Service: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.- Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain our reputation for quality and service.Social Media Management: - Curate and create engaging content for our social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.Skills and Experience To excel in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and minimum 2 years experience.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Currently residing in Dubai and able to join immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
