With a suite of products including Tik Tok, Byte Dance connects people to create and consume content.About The Team The Global Travel Business team delivers advanced product solutions in the Corporate Services domain, enhancing management efficiency and user experience in business travel.Responsibilities Responsible for server-side project development of Byte Dance's travel products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and scalable solutions through high-quality design and coding.Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency and enhance the team's technical atmosphere.Contribute at all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirement review, system design, testing communication, monitoring, and project management.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields preferred.Familiarity with Java or Golang; proficient in JVM/Golang tuning methods.Experience with distributed system design patterns and technologies such as message queues and distributed storage.Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, and information security.Experience with My SQL and No SQL databases, including usage and optimization.Familiarity with at least one scripting language and troubleshooting on Linux.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading medium and large projects.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AI/ML and their application in business domains.Byte Dance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills and unique perspectives.
