Your work will not only enhance our brand identity but also inspire and mentor a team of creatives, setting new standards for design excellence at Kcal.Our offices are located in the bustling Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) area in Dubai, offering a vibrant and dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Creative Process – Take ownership of high-level design projects, translating business objectives into innovative and visually compelling solutions across digital and print.Mentor and Guide – Provide art direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.Strategic Brand Development – Play a pivotal role in evolving Kcal’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms and campaigns.Multi-Platform Design Expertise – Develop engaging marketing materials, branding assets, animations, UX/UI interfaces, and environmental graphics for retail and exhibition spaces.Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.Innovate with Trends & Technologies – Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative techniques to keep Kcal at the forefront of visual storytelling.Quality Control & Brand Consistency – Oversee the production and implementation of all creative assets, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment.Campaigns & Branding – Lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, social media visuals, and promotional materials that drive brand recognition and engagement.Motion & Interaction – Elevate digital content with motion graphics, interactive designs, and UX/UI enhancements for a seamless user experience.Retail & Packaging – Design stunning packaging, in-store visuals, and immersive brand experiences that captivate customers.Presentations & Storytelling – Develop compelling presentations and storytelling assets to bring Kcal’s vision to life.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.7+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD/Figma for UI/UX).Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level conceptual thinking, strategic brand storytelling, and diverse design executions.Experience in leading projects, managing timelines, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Additional Requirements: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Passion for brand storytelling and crafting meaningful visual experiences.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with precision.Flexible and adaptable to fast-moving creative environments.Open to constructive feedback, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Why Join Kcal?Be part of a dynamic and innovative creative team.Work on diverse and exciting projects that challenge and inspire.Opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact on a bold and forward-thinking brand.A collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and career development.Conveniently located in the vibrant JLT area, offering an inspiring and energetic workspace.Ready to take your creative career to the next level?
