Our outstanding market position and enviable reputation lead to strong trusted relationships and repeat business.Due to a strong pipeline of projects, our Abu Dhabi team is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Engineer Civil and Wet Utilities (Infrastructure) to undertake an infrastructure project. It is a fixed-term contract for 13 months, based in Madinat Zayed.In this role, you will work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team across various infrastructure, buildings, transport, and other project types. You will be involved in: Assisting the Resident Engineer in managing the operational functions of daily activities on the project, reviewing and approving contractor submittals, and participating in quality control and assurance. Under the supervision of the RE or MEP Lead,Performing routine inspection monitoring tasks to ensure proper construction supervision by others.Inspecting various facets of work on-site and performing continuous surveillance to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.Documenting non-conformance issues and participating in determining appropriate resolutions.What you will bring to the team A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience and at least 7 years of similar work experience on large projects.Regional experience is preferred.Authority registration is preferred.A professional capable of managing and coordinating specialized activities or a team of moderate size and complexity.UAE Driving License.Good communication skills and relationship-building abilities.Experience in infrastructure projects.Our commitment to you Commitment defines how we do business, serve our clients, and care for one another.
