We offer comprehensive products and underwriting expertise to address complex business risks.Role Overview: We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead our Automotive Protection segment in the Middle East, responsible for developing and managing business, and maintaining client relationships.Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets for new and existing Automotive Protection business across assigned countries.Research local markets, customer bases, distribution channels, and network contacts to identify new business opportunities.Monitor program progress, identify deviations, and implement solutions.Propose and execute sales campaigns aligned with business goals.Support product development and enhancement through communication.Make timely decisions and solve problems for customers and partners.Provide market updates and input for budgeting.Develop strategies to build and retain customers, ensuring profitability.Support regional marketing initiatives in line with global strategies.Assess new sales opportunities with underwriting teams to ensure strategic alignment.Review financial performance and take remedial actions as needed.Support new program launches, ensuring compliance with terms, processes, and legal frameworks.Identify and implement process improvements.Develop and grow the portfolio, focusing on retention and acquisition.Undertake product and sales training for partners.Mentor junior team members and motivate the team.Candidate Profile Significant experience in the automotive industry, automotive financing, or banking.Established local relationships within the automotive sector in the Middle East.Strong business development, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Ability to prioritize, meet targets, analyze, and solve problems.Fluent in local language and English.Knowledge of local insurance regulations and statutory processes.Note: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
