What's the Role? We’re looking for a sales representative to join our sales team. This is no ordinary sales job - ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture. What does the role involve? As an Account Manager, you’ll visit our customers wherever they’re busy working to understand how we can assist them. You might find yourself on construction sites, in offices, or warehouses. Our approach is professional, consultative selling, and it’s a very hands-on role. You’ll demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, sell our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare associated with the Hilti brand. Instead of traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm, responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. What you need is: Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic is essential for this role) Bachelor’s degree; an Engineering degree is a plus Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience Experience in the building construction or a similar industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to develop engaged customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Persuasive, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate there Why should you apply?
