Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Manage the procurement process for spare parts, ensuring timely availability to minimize equipment downtime.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings based on quality, price, and reliability.Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.Monitor stock levels of spare parts and implement automated reorder systems to maintain optimal inventory.Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand spare parts requirements and forecast future needs accurately.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, maintaining transparency and ethical standards.Analyze supplier performance and implement improvement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting trends, savings, and potential risks.Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that impact spare parts procurement and supply chain management.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in spare parts sourcing and management.Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems, with strong analytical skills to assess supplier data.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships.Extensive experience working with Japanese, German, and American specification parts, as well as aftermarket components, ensuring high-quality sourcing and compatibility with global standards.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
