You are passionate about driving major architectural changes, mentoring teams, and taking ownership of mission-critical systems. You have a proven track record in building high-volume platforms and delivering end-to-end solutions, from concept to deployment.What You Will Do Hands-On Development: Contribute 80% of your time to the codebase, building high-volume platforms using cutting-edge technologies.Full Ownership: Take responsibility for mission-critical systems and manage projects end-to-end, starting with data discovery, design, implementation, and deployment.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, with the potential to grow the team based on project needs.Prototyping & Product Development: Collaborate with product and design teams to develop customer-centric prototypes and shape product direction.Cross-Functional Engagement: Work across front-end and back-end areas as required, proactively communicating progress and learnings to your team and senior leadership.What You Bring Experience & Education: 8-10 years of engineering experience, preferably with a degree in Computer Science.Technical Skills: Strong experience in full-stack development (React, Node). Proficiency in Python.
