IT Support Engineer
Description
Key responsibilities include: Assist in security administration activities such as user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention, and asset management.Develop and implement access control workflows.Handle inquiries from internal users and manage SLAs.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up laptops and user accounts.Technical skills & experiences required: General IT operations experience.Helpdesk services experience is a plus.IT certifications are advantageous.Minimum of 1 year IT experience preferred.Experience with G-Suite, OKTA, Windows, and basic i OS knowledge.Experience in physical office setup is a plus.You are also expected to: Show a strong commitment to personal learning and development.Be detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.Possess good communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Proficiency in spoken and written English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
