Description
Urgently required: a qualified and experienced Urban Planner. The candidates shall meet the below requirements: Hold a master's or bachelor's degree in urban planning or architecture.7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai, UAE.Fluent in English.Understanding of the requirements of the client as well as the governmental agencies in Dubai to develop plans and land use.Prepare plans, studies, and technical reports.Create and interpret maps and diagrams.Coordinate with the concerned authorities.Ability to conceptualize large-scale plans and establish required milestones to complete projects.Experience utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) software.Experience working with various database software programs, including Microsoft Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
