Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Senior Program Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of farm infrastructure projects within the Innovation Oasis. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this role will ensure that project activities are organized, tracked, and completed on time, while ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will handle the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, allowing the Senior Program Manager to focus on higher-level strategic project management.This role will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of multiple projects within the Innovation Oasis, supporting the Senior Program Manager in all aspects of project management, from planning through to execution.Desired Candidate Profile An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.Ability to use Excel/ Power Point to a reasonable standard.Knowledge and experience of Microsoft TEAMS.Knowledge of Risk and Issue Logs.Strong organizational skills and project reporting skills.2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within agriculture, construction, or related industries.Experience in managing administrative tasks for large-scale projects.Prior experience in financial tracking and basic budget management.Excellent writing skills in Chinese & English.Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Agriculture Livestock Department / Functional Area System Administration Network Administration Security (IT Software)Keywords Project Executive #J-18808-Ljbffr
