Quality control Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Guide the team on identification of quality inspection requirements and checklists to be implemented for verification of Central LPG system for project and operations.Review and approve quality inspection program, plan, and schedule inspections for rectification and upgrade.Monitor progress of day-to-day quality inspection of the work.Assess the outcomes of quality inspection and provide recommendations.Coordinate with third-party inspector and supervise inspection activities.Review the TPI quality inspection reports for LPG system verification.Review submissions and related inspection records.Participate in vendor, material, and contractor qualifications.Verification of completion of quality checks of inspection prior to issue of NOC.Carry out quality audit of work activity of contractors/consultants and TPI’s.Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical.Professional Certifications: ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor)/CSWIP/AWS/ASNT Level 2.Minimum Experience / Knowledge & Skills: 8 years of experience in oil & gas or similar nature of works including at least 6 years as Quality Engineer in a lead/supervisory role with good oral and written communication skills.Experience in quality project implementation, quality inspection, and quality management systems.Experience for work in ADNOC Group/Project shall be an added advantage.Experience in MS Office applications.Good in English/Arabic languages written and spoken.Valid UAE driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
