Luna Jets has been rewarded, for the past 4 years, as the Best Employer of Switzerland for the SMEs by the prestigious Bilan Magazine.Your objective is to build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiating, and recommending the best flight options on the market for our customers while being part of a new department carrying on the growth.Your Responsibilities Building strong relationships with clients and operators alike.Prospecting and developing the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions.Maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during, and after the flight.Monitoring carefully all your flights on a day-to-day basis, including outside of office hours.Going to the airport to supervise the check-in of your flight and meet your clients.Competitive and dynamic salary based on sales target, with the possibility of a monthly bonus (based on company results).A rigorous training program that will develop and enhance your negotiation skills.Flexibility in working hours and shifts (5-day working weekdays with weekends off, but will vary as flight watch and overseeing flight departures can happen over the weekend).Unlimited holidays.Possibility of mobility: Internal (Sales Agent / Business Developer)Between our offices: Geneva, London, Paris, Monaco, Riga, Dubai Client-focused with a high sense of responsibility while enjoying working with goals in a competitive environment.Self-starter who is not afraid to think outside the box and a strong team player.Very organized and multi-task oriented person, switching quickly from one activity to another (cold calls, flight brief, negotiations, client meetings...) and able to work under high pressure.You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, or hospitality, real estate.No aviation experience is required.Fluent English is a must.
