Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions that attract top talent. Source candidates through innovative channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline. Facilitate engaging interviews, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience while evaluating skills, experience, and potential fit. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing feedback and support throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and attract high-quality candidates. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the industry relevant to the hiring organization. Proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing recruitment demands. A passion for talent acquisition, driven by a desire to match candidates with opportunities that align with their career goals and the company's mission.
