You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, and publishing content that captures attention, reflects our brand voice, and drives engagement.In addition to video, you will contribute to a variety of digital channels, including blogs, email campaigns, websites, and other social media formats. This role requires someone who is confident both behind and in front of the camera, up to date on content trends, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.Core Tasks & Responsibilities Create, shoot, and edit original short-form videos for all related Social Media platforms.Research and apply trending audio, formats, and visual styles to maximize visibility and virality.Develop and implement content strategies aligned with broader marketing goals.Write compelling captions, use effective hashtags, and optimize content for discoverability.Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all relevant platforms.Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips.Engage with followers through comments, challenges, and trends to boost community interaction.Conduct A/B testing on video styles, thumbnails, and captions to improve performance.Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams on campaigns and brand messaging.Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for SEO in collaboration with the responsible team.Maintain a well-organized content library of raw footage, templates, music, and reusable assets.Schedule and publish content using social media tools or manual processes.Work with influencers, partners, and internal teams on collaborative content and campaigns.Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance data.Stay current with digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity.Qualifications & Experience Educational & Professional Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency in English & Arabic.Proven experience creating viral or high-performing videos.Proficiency with mobile and desktop video editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut, In Shot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for captions, blogs, and web content.Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.Ability to multitask and manage multiple content projects at once.Comfortable working both on-camera and behind the scenes.Familiarity with CMS platforms.Portfolio or examples of relevant social media or video work.Technical & Industry Knowledge Basic motion graphics and animation knowledge.Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tik Tok/Instagram Insights).Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic content.Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration processes.Experience with Photoshop is a plus.Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
