Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Relationship Manager Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Russian, Mandarin OR French Travel: Travel involved for sales development and market expansion Job Description: As a Relationship Manager at DAMAC, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing relationships and driving sales for DAMAC projects located in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Canada, UK, and future projects in Asia and the US. Your role will involve individual or team management capability to achieve sales targets.Key responsibilities include: - Achieving allocated sales targets through direct effort or via agents- Meeting prospecting targets by ensuring the required number of prospects per day- Achieving tele-calling targets in terms of the number of connected calls- Maintaining overall activity levels- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies- Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction- Identifying opportunities for further sales within key clients- Informing clients about other products and services offered by DAMAC- Attending meetings with clients to strengthen relationships with existing accounts- Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales- Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration- Escalating and resolving client concerns promptly- Updating the CRM system and keeping account managers informed of client changes- Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective fulfillment of client needs Why Join Us: At DAMAC, we foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
