Dermer Pharmacy & Surgical - Product Manager Dermer Pharmacy & Surgical, a UAE-based health and beauty distribution and marketing service provider, is dedicated to supporting healthcare providers with world-class solutions to better serve communities across the GCC region.Responsibilities: Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.Prepare all launch activities across different markets.Develop promotional campaigns and oversee their implementation and impact on sales.Stay updated with industry trends and gather competitive intelligence.Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, competitor market share, forecasting business potential, and establishing targeted market share.Enhance product marketability, profitability, and market share through market research and opportunity capitalization.Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in product management, preferably in pharma or medical devices.MS/BS degree in Marketing or Pharmaceuticals.Previous experience in the UAE market.Deep understanding of company services and market position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to develop local product positioning strategies that increase demand.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a successful track record of delivering results.Additional Information: Salary: To be discussed Employment visa, transportation, housing, and medical insurance provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
