Retail Sales Manager

We are searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our wholesale operations in the preloved shoe market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with wholesale clients, and expanding our presence in the wholesale market for preloved shoes. If you have a proven track record in wholesale sales, a passion for sustainable fashion, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy for wholesale preloved shoes to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and establish partnerships.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, assess market demand, and understand competitor activities.Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.Lead negotiations with wholesale clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.Draft and manage contracts, agreements, and pricing structures.Supervise and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving individual and team targets.Lead and manage the retail store's day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.Handle inventory management, including stock level monitoring, ordering, and organizing.Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience in 2nd hand retail sales, with a focus on wholesale operations.In-depth knowledge of the footwear industry, preferably in preloved or sustainable fashion.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
