Type: Full-Time Social Media Specialist Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Build and expand Mahad IT’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and more.Manage clients’ social media accounts, developing strategies to increase engagement and visibility.Schedule posts, monitor comments, and respond to enquiries promptly.Website and Job Portal Management Update content and enhance user experience on Mahad Group of Companies’ websites and job portals.Ensure social posts and job listings are visually appealing and optimized for engagement.Work with the tech team to implement features and resolve issues.Content Creation Write SEO-optimised content for social media, blogs, and newsletters (e.g., job search tips, industry trends).Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action to drive traffic to job portals.Graphic Design and Artwork Create stunning graphics, banners, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.Design branded visuals for social media, client campaigns, and Mahad Group of Companies’ MENA marketing efforts.Analytics and Reporting Monitor social media performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Linked In Analytics.Deliver monthly reports on engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, with actionable insights.Campaign Management Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote job openings, events, or client services.Leverage paid advertising (e.g., Linked In Ads, Instagram Ads) to target UAE job seekers and employers.Qualifications Proven experience as a social media specialist, ideally in recruitment or HR.Expertise in managing Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms.Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong content writing skills with a focus on engagement and SEO.Experience with website management (e.g., Word Press) and job portals.Analytical skills to track and interpret social media and website metrics.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and multitask effectively.Must be based in the UAE.Preferred Skills Familiarity with push notification tools like One Signal or Push Engage for job alerts.Understanding of the MENA market and recruitment trends.Video editing skills (e.g., Cap Cut, Da Vinci) for Tik Tok or Instagram Reels content.Social Media Specialist Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Access to training and professional development resources.Growth opportunities within an emerging digital marketing agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
