Description
We are RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate, a multi-award-winning real estate consultancy services company based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, established in 2013.We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and hard-working candidate to fill the position of HR Admin in our organization.Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance records.Process and track employee leave requests.HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.Payroll Support: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.Compliance: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.Assist in ensuring HR compliance with legal requirements.Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recruitment software/tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite). #J-18808-Ljbffr
