Job Responsibilities Min. 5 Years of Experience as Admin in Real Estate Brokerage Oversee portal requirements & listing updates on Propertyfinder, Bayut & Dubizzle Act as a point of contact among developers and agents Act as a point of contact between clients, employees, senior level executives, and external agencies Update and follow up registration with all developers Summarize all new off-plan projects in the market Keep track of daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports for the sales team Oversee the performance of the agents and prepare a monthly report Experience in Trakheesi and RERA system Prepare information for internal & external communications – memos, emails, presentations, reports Screen & direct phone calls and distribute the calls among required employees or senior level executives Organize and maintain the office filing system #J-18808-Ljbffr
