We are currently looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Lead to join our team in Dubai. As we expand our presence and capabilities in Dubai, it becomes increasingly important to raise awareness and boost user acquisition through online advertising. Your key objective would be to drive User Acquisition growth for our Dubai market. What We Seek Performance Marketing mindset: Use all available conversion data to optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads & Facebook Ads, focusing on KPIs such as Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, Cost Per Lead, and Cost Per Acquisition within budget. Data Driven: Analyze and utilize data from various tools and platforms to make informed decisions and create end-to-end marketing campaigns based on research and analysis. Expertise in Google Ads & Paid Social: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms. Test & Learn Mentality: Be open to trying new channels, strategies, and creatives, and conduct A/B testing. Problem-solver: Develop creative online campaigns to enhance User and Driver Acquisition. User Empathy: Think from the perspectives of users and drivers to build seamless user journeys. High autonomy: Self-organized, passionate, with a can-do attitude, able to own end-to-end projects and perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the e-commerce or tech industry. Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and advanced paid ads setup (e.g., SEM and PPC). Strong understanding of Google ad formats. Experience setting up remarketing/retargeting ads. Experience with SEO, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and content marketing. Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis. Ability to learn quickly and source information effectively. Analytical and critical thinking skills. Independence, drive, and team collaboration skills. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Good command of English.
