Commercial Manager

RMJM is seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager to support the continued growth of our Dubai Design Studio.Responsibilities will include: Reviewing contracts and ensuring they align with company goals Developing and implementing commercial strategies to ensure profitability and growth of operations Managing all commercial aspects of contracts, including negotiation, review, and implementation Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of activities Preparing and analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth Maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders Providing both pre and post-contract commercial support Reviewing interim valuations and payment certificates Assisting in risk and value management, cost control functions Developing responses to commercial risks Preparing progress and cost reports Understanding the MENA market Attending and representing at commercial meetings Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in a commercial management role Strong understanding of commercial contracts and agreements Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
