We focus on people and purpose, not just advertising.Join us and be part of a team that inspires change through creativity.Overview Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications between the agency and current clients.Support the Associate Business Director / Business Director in developing and executing effective communication strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple clients/projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure cohesive campaigns.Monitor communication trends and oversee competitive audits and reports.Identify new business opportunities with current clients and manage resource teams accordingly.Supervise, inspire, and guide team members.Responsibilities Technical & Product Have a strong understanding of advertising and media industries and the role of communication strategies.Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses, markets, and competitors; translate insights into strategic inputs.Build excellent client relationships and identify consulting opportunities.Understand agency capabilities, processes, and tools.Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency Manage relationships with internal and external teams.Ensure all supporting assets are current and contribute to productive outcomes.Lead team meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and goals.Manage expectations, timelines, and quality standards with attention to detail.Handle multiple projects across various clients and markets confidently.Work collaboratively with teams across departments to deliver high-quality work.Understand production ecosystems and requirements.Manage multiple stakeholders effectively under guidance.Innovative & Analytical Mindset Take ownership of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand standards.Identify problems quickly and develop smart solutions.Communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.Write clear briefs that inspire strategy, creative, and production teams.Encourage innovative ideas that meet brand and business objectives.Maintain a good understanding of budgeting and estimating.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in communication, digital, or media agencies, or from a marketing/client side.Additional Information R-2231P-2516 #J-18808-Ljbffr
