Project Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure Operations

This is a government organisation exploring a broad range of new strategic initiatives for Abu Dhabi to create a lasting impact.Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to maintain compliance and efficiency.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to optimise project delivery.Monitor and report project performance using key metrics and best practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and governance, preferably IT/tech/cloud operations.Strong experience in risk management and proactive issue resolution.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies in project delivery.Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are a plus.Must be a UAE National. #J-18808-Ljbffr
