Description
As a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, interpreting, and reporting on key performance metrics to support decision-making and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various departments to identify relevant KPIs, develop measurement frameworks, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and performance.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Design and implement measurement frameworks to track KPIs across different departments and functions.Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate KPI results effectively to the management at all levels of the organization.Monitor KPI performance against targets and benchmarks, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions as needed.Conduct root cause analysis to understand the drivers behind KPI fluctuations and performance trends.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to performance measurement and analytics.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for KPI reporting and analysis.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (5-7 years) in a similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of complex data.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and formulae.Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
