As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team.Position Overview: As a Junior Project Manager for Moon Kids, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects related to kids' furniture and play equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out and kids' play equipment furniture, with a passion for delivering exceptional results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while working on projects that positively impact children's lives.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Collaborate with senior project managers to develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that project deliverables align with their vision.Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining quality standards.Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial reports, and take proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability.Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction and installation activities meet safety, quality, and design specifications.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and any other relevant records.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve project management processes and outcomes.Who Is This Job For: People that understand success comes through hard work.Candidates must be proficient in MS Office.People that like to work and want to work, learn and develop their skills.People that want to grow in their careers.People who need an opportunity to prove themselves.People with a strong proactive mindset.People with great attention to detail.People who take pride in their work.People who are honest and genuine.People who thrive under pressure.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience, with a focus on fit-out and kids' play equipment furniture projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.Proficient in project management software and tools.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction and furniture industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
