Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Support Assistant Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team. Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials. Assist in applying for duty exemptions and all other necessary permits. Work closely with internal departments (e.g., purchasing, warehouse, production, and sales) to ensure accurate information exchange. Assist with Goods Receipts Notes for all raw materials and landed costs. Prepare reports related to logistics operations and shipment statuses. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field are a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, suppliers, and team members. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks and track details with accuracy. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve logistics issues and optimize processes. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
