Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Experience: Minimum 3 years in trading Natural Stones (Marble & Granites)Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market for natural stone products.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.- Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.- Address client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.Product Knowledge: - Maintain a thorough understanding of various natural stone products, including marble and granite.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and competitors.Sales Operations: - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.- Report regularly to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the natural stone industry, specifically marble and granite, within the UAE market.Skills: - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
