Tech stack: React / Next.js on the frontend and Nest JS / Type Script on the backend; Python experience is a plus.Handle projects and features with minimal guidance, focusing on high-quality, maintainable code. Follow and contribute to the code patterns and engineering quality standards. Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while improving legacy code. Demonstrate passion for software craftsmanship, incorporating best practices into daily work. Proactively communicate within the team and reach out for help when necessary. Simplify product and technical design by actively participating in product discovery and resolving ambiguities with Designers/PM.The Perfect Match: What you bring Engineering experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to shipping. Experience in both front-end and back-end development is required. Extensive experience with modern React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vite) and a deep understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Typescript. Experience in building responsive and accessible web applications is essential. Experience working on monorepo projects. Solid background in backend development using one or more of the following technologies: Python, Kotlin, or Node.js. Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable web services and APIs. Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. Deep understanding of software design principles and patterns. Ability to design SOLID and simple modules for complex domains. Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and hands-on experience with code integration and deployment automation. Strong product sense with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
