Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Key responsibilities: Drive the execution of HR programs such as recruitment, performance reviews, employee engagement, and learning & development within the assigned business units.Develop and implement strategies to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR support in areas such as restructuring, talent assessments, and workforce planning.Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by supporting training initiatives and career development programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, proactively managing risk and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.Work closely with HR operations to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and services across the business units.Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a large or complex organization.Proven experience working with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
