We are at the forefront of the industry, offering innovative advertising solutions that connect brands with their audiences in dynamic and impactful ways.The Media Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by building and expanding our client base in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for someone with a proactive and client-focused mindset, who is not only results-driven but also possesses the interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport both internally with our team and with our clients. A positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and a passion for delivering outstanding service are key traits for success in this role.Goals & KPIs Required Technical Skills The candidate must have proven sales experience and residing in Abu Dhabi.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is mandatory.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the media, advertising, or digital signage industry.Experience the Digital Out of Home (OOH) advertising landscape is particularly advantageous.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent executive skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Role Requirements Proactively identify and engage with potential and current clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of our media assets to local, regional, and global brands.Assist in developing and implementing the Hypermedia sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.Demonstrate our competitive edge and smart positioning in the market, using impactful sales presentation and negotiation skills.Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities, providing insights that inform sales strategies.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client servicing.Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, continuously updating knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
