Telesales Executive

Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Provide accurate information about products/services and pricing.Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and effectively.Update customer records in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.Proven experience in Telesales or Business Development, preferably in a recruitment or manpower agency environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
