You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, and ensuring that the company's products and services align with customer expectations. This role also requires a strong emphasis on technical and data-driven expertise to optimize brand performance.Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: · Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with target audiences.· Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions in crafting brand strategies.Marketing Campaign Management: · Create, plan, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across diverse media platforms, including print, broadcast, and online channels.· Leverage data analysis to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Brand Identity Creation: · Shape the brand's identity, ensuring it accurately represents the company's values, mission, and vision.· Oversee the development of brand guidelines with a data-centric approach to maintain consistency.Product and Service Alignment: · Ensure that products, services, and product lines under your purview align with the brand and meet the expectations of current and potential customers.· Collaborate with product development and sales teams, using data insights to guide alignment efforts.Technical and Data-Driven Expertise: · Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools, marketing analytics, and customer insights.· Utilize technical skills to implement data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).· Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.· Must have consumer goods and ecommerce knowledge and experience.· Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in market research and data analysis.· Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful brand strategies with a technical and data-driven approach.We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with technical and data-driven expertise who can take our brand to the next level.
