Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation operating in infrastructure projects within the UAE market. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join their leadership team.Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR department and oversee all HR functions to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the UAE market, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to drive organisational success through people management and development.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.Lead the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.Foster a positive organizational culture and work environment.Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.Oversee HR budget and resource allocation.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role in the UAE.Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Preferred Skills: Proficiency in HR management software.Knowledge of organizational development and change management.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Working hours/days: Sunday - Thursday 07: 30AM - 17: 30PM (1 hour break)INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION AND CAR.INishative & Co are an equal opportunity employer.
