Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description SECTION I: POSITION SUMMARYThe Business Development Executive's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities. To create long-term, trusting relationships with the customers.SECTION II: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop new business with existing clients and customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIESEducational Qualification: Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration/ Sales /Marketing or relevant field Additional Qualification: Not Applicable Years of Experience: 1+ years experience in sales and business development or relevant role in the portal industry preferably in UAE.Job specific skills: Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Planning & Organising Skills, Negotiation Skills Key competencies: Foundational Skills, Product and Industry Knowledge, Tactical Sales Skills, Strategic Selling Skills Company Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area Business Development Keywords Business Development Executive #J-18808-Ljbffr
