You will understand their ecosystem, internal processes, and business needs to determine the best possible course of action and guide them through a plan that maximizes the platform's value. You will also explore topics related to development, AI, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, Monitoring, and more. You will interface with multiple teams inside our company - Customer Success, R&D, Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Global Support - advocating for our customers' main challenges and needs.And you’ll do this while having a LOT OF FUN, supported by a super team that will help you every step of the way.Main Responsibilities Coach customers in the successful implementation of Out Systems in highly complex and regulated IT ecosystems.Effectively bridge communication between multiple technical stakeholders at the Customer and Out Systems.Drive cross-functional discussions strategically inside Out Systems and with Customers to expand platform usage.Continuously research CS and Out Systems topics to act as a trusted advisor.Work closely with key stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architects, etc.).Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent issues.Design technical adoption plans for sustained growth in proficiency.Catalog and share common customer issues with other teams.Serve as a customer advocate within Out Systems.Deliver updates on Out Systems product road map.Provide an exceptional customer service experience.Requirements5+ years of experience in Mobile/Web application development.3+ years as a Technical Team Lead / Coach / Account Manager.Knowledge in web and mobile development: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Databases, C#, Java, ALM, APM.Out Systems development and administration experience is strongly preferred.Experience in professional services, support, engineering, sales engineering, or development roles.Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships.Practical knowledge of modern IT ecosystems (VPN, firewalls, cloud providers, containers).Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to explain complex information clearly.Willingness to travel.Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field.Out Systems is a global leader in software innovation, empowering companies to modernize and transform through low-code platforms.
