Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Overview: Maintenance and Operation controls of all LV System, to administer and maintain all documents related to the project.Monitoring, control and maintenance of LV distribution systems.Responsibilities: Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of all LV instrumentation and control systems, equipment, and components.Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of all LV and Control systems Daily time to time reporting of Critical and Non-Critical Alarms in each ELV and Electrical system.Carry out fault rectification on each system and update Maximo.Assist for functionality and integration test of SCADA and FACP system.Coordinate with MMS to generate WO and follow up to close after rectification Schedule and organize the PPM activity, BMS, ACS, PLC, CMS, CCTV, LV Systems and reporting.Coordinate with MEP/CIVIL team to carry out Corrective and PM activities Coordinate with third parties and assist with any test, fault rectification for ELV system.Coordinate and carry out calibration for LV system devices.Carry out routine inspection for the system and report to Supervisor/Engineer for mitigation.Assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of IT/ LV /Control systems and help train employees in their use Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of networks and switches Supervise technicians and Coordinate with other parties for interface systems.Verify functionality of site installed servers for BMS, ACS and SCADA interfacing tools.Training and development of technical staff and operators Improvements and Initiatives on system to next level, value added service to client.Implement and control Energy saving initiatives and projects.Reliability and Risk Based maintenance to be developed.Technical Inspection needs to carry and develop mitigations and corrections for MEPs assets.Develop Obsolescence reports and share accordingly.Verify the spares and maintain. Identify critical spares and ensure their availability.Assist Manager in developing maintenance plans, contract documents, SOP, job task, check lists for maintenance and update in necessary.Assist and follow QHSE and audits for continuous improvement of organization standards.Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for ELV and Control systems Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in Electrical Engineering Degree Minimum 3-year experience in a relevant field - preferable Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
