The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful research projects, with a preference for dualist expertise or a qualitative focus paired with solid quantitative understanding and experience. Significant experience in conducting studies across the MENA region, along with proficiency in Arabic, is highly desirable given our strong regional client base.This role combines client management, hands-on project execution, and team leadership. The Senior Manager will oversee client-facing research, provide hands-on support, and lead a small team to deliver high-quality insights that drive client success.Responsibilities Technical & Product Lead and guide the team on a range of projects, including Qualitative U&As, Qualitative Concept/Creative Assessments, Social Listening, BHTs, Copy Tests, Brand Lift Studies/Campaign Impact Assessments.Proactively build best-in-class measures at research design, project setup, and fieldwork partner selection stages, addressing potential challenges.Leverage Net Base for social listening exercises, building know-how of the tool.Contribute to the development and optimization of research frameworks, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on enhancing mixed-method approaches.Support and guide the team in deploying advanced analytics across quantitative projects.Incorporate creative ways to showcase qualitative and quantitative data across reports.Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency Understand business and marketing objectives, develop and present compelling research proposals, including methodologies, timelines, and budgets.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Liaise closely with leads across media and creative teams.Manage relationships with data collection partners and drive cost negotiations across both quantitative and qualitative projects.Collaborate with the research lead to align team, client, vendor, and revenue strategies.Collaborate with the research lead to expand client relationships and identify opportunities for thought leadership and syndicated research.Oversee project workflows, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.Support and guide the team in effective ways to run end-to-end qualitative and quantitative projects.Step in to provide hands-on support or end-to-end execution of research projects, quantitative or qualitative.Innovative & Analytical Mindset Synthesize findings from quantitative and qualitative research to deliver clear, actionable insights across multimethodology projects.Synergize primary research data with other data sources to create compelling stories and uncover actionable insights.Ensure insights are aligned with client objectives and deliver clear value.Identify opportunities to drive thought leadership pieces integrating qualitative and impact.Qualifications Education and Experience Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in market research, preferably within an agency setting, with a proven track record in client-facing roles. At least 4 years of recent experience conducting studies in the MENA region.Expertise in designing and managing end-to-end qualitative research projects, covering methodologies such as in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs).Expertise in designing and managing end-to-end quantitative research projects, including BHTs, campaign impact assessments, etc.Experience in managing social listening studies is desirable.Experience in leveraging AI tools and technology for qualitative research is highly desirable.Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the MENA region, particularly KSA and UAE, including cultural nuances, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills to bring insights to life.Strong critical thinking skills and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interpret both qual and quant data.A natural curiosity for understanding human behavior, cultural & research trends.Ability to balance hands-on project work with managerial responsibilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.Leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and collaboration.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and multimethodology projects.Proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.Additional information R-2527P-2829 #J-18808-Ljbffr
