We value hard work, ownership, a positive attitude, effectiveness, competence, and a growth mindset.About the Role: Focus Prospect and close new customer deals across a portfolio of accounts in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.Develop and shape deal strategies to meet customer goals and outcomes.Identify and close upselling opportunities by understanding clients’ core business needs.Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives, building strategic account plans to support growth.Represent the company at industry events and forums across the Middle East related to AI, cloud, and digital government.Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions based on market knowledge and competitors.Participate in discussions on cluster build-outs based on client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.Engage proactively with prospects through outreach, events, and guiding them through the sales funnel.Manage and communicate monthly forecasts and sales pipeline accurately.Willing to travel less than 30% of the time.About You The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Be located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, or Qatar.Have success in navigating complex enterprise or government sales cycles in the Middle East, with existing relationships in AI initiatives.Be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.Experience working with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, or R&D entities.Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU).Have 5+ years of sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or Saa S at a high-growth tech startup.Be eager to learn quickly and independently.Possess strong communication skills suitable for C-level engagement.Be ambitious, hardworking, and goal-oriented.Have strong quantitative and negotiation skills.Have a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.Hold a BA/BS degree.Benefits: Competitive compensation package (salary + equity).Pension benefits (location-dependent).15 days paid leave plus public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
