Job Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information.Manage customer interactions for various shipments and ensure service excellence.Follow up on requests, resolve complaints, and manage claims according to SOPs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.Assist with billing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving performance targets.Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or logistics.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Goal-oriented with the ability to monitor and improve performance based on KPIs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
